Job Description
- Contribute Sales, Marketing, and Business development by bringing in own existing and new network and clients, be it local or foreign (aside from in-house clients).
- Be responsible for the following:
- Electrical and power products
- Construction materials
- Housing projects
- Industrial requirements
- Business development for various industry projects such as:
- PPP
- BOT
- EPC
- TURNKEY, etc.
- Collaborate with clients and team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that will be discussed during the interview.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture, Design, or any Engineering course.
- Amo Certified.
- BOSH & COSH is an advantage.
- Experience in the following:
- Design and construction management
- Project management
- Technical design and coordination
- BOQ
- Costing
- Site operations
- Sales or business development
- On-site construction operation and engineering
- Bidding documentation
- Bid procedure
- Policies, docs, permits and legal requirements.
- Processing and procedures with relevant government agencies.
- Knowledgeable in cost estimate, budgeting, quantity estimate, and materials specs is an advantage.
- Ability to drive a motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.
- Willing to do office and field work, and travel if necessary.
