• Board passer

• Knows how to do sales/business development or commercial business
• Knows to accomplish documentation such as permits and legal requirements, processing and procedures with contacts in relevant government agencies.

Below Qualifications are advantage but not required.
• With construction experience
• Knows how to interpret drawings, design, structure, etc.
• One who can be a lead man or project manager
• Knows engineering, procurement and construction or have construction site operations experience.
• Have construction experience in Infrastructures, real estate or power plant.
• Knows bidding requirements, accreditation and processing.
• Knowledgeable in PPP, DOT and PBC.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, Excel, PPT.
• Willing to do office and fieldworks.
• Knowledge in cost estimate
• Can drive motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage but not fully required.
