Job Description
- Responsible for attending and assisting end-users/ employees’ queries and complaints concerning computer/desktop problems.
- Prepare workstation for newly hire including hardware and software installation
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Assist in the procurement of supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed.
- Follow all instruction regarding IT matters
- Prepare reports and documents, administrative forms relevant to office-based workflow including IT-equipment incident report for pc-troubleshoots.
- To have a systematized ticketing system for repair and maintenance services / request.
- To update the physical inventory stickers / tags to all office and IT equipment including furniture.
- Network troubleshooting and Configuration [Patch Cable and Network Wiring]
- Hardware / Software troubleshooting and configuration
Minimum Qualifications
- Skills in Ticketing System, Networking Layout and Knowledge in ITIL, is an advantage
- Possess basic IT troubleshooting knowledge and skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and a heightened sense of responsibility.
- Smart, highly analytical and must be keen to details
- Complies to Information Security and Data Privacy guidelines
- Team player.
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Hardworking, adaptable, and capable of performing independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively.
Preferences
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills. (win10/Linux)
- A good understanding of networks, electronics, operating systems and software applications.
- - Experience delivering ITIL-compliant service delivery standards.
- - Excellent interpersonal skills
- - Willing to work after working hours 5pm onwards and weekends if needed.
