Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment staffs, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatching processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery of client's orders.
- Monitor and optimize workflow to meet daily fulfillment targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of outgoing parcels.
- Investigate and resolve client's complaints or issues related to fulfillment.
- Develop action plans to address any areas of improvement and continuously strive for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, seller success, and supply chain, to ensure effective coordination and communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, any field.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center supervisory role.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and technology.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
