Customer Service Associate  

The Customer Service Associate will be in charge of the Pilot Test of our products, and will directly interact with potential customers as well as test users. The following will be the responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

• Effectively introduce the product to the Test Users, as well as provide a demonstration of the product.
• Deploy the product to our Test Users.
• Customer care for our Pilot Test projects across different organizations.
• Monitoring of our product website for alerts and responding to customer needs.
• Interview and gather feedback from test users during the Pilot Test.
• Organization and presentation of findings during the pilot test.
• Coordinate with technical team for the deployment of devices.

Simple Wearables is looking for a Customer Service Associate who will be directly communicating with our test users and potential customers.

• Must be a self-starter, has good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Effectively explain the product as well as understand customer needs.
• Must be available to call test users most of the day, and go to different places to deploy test devices.
• The position is a full-time job for 6 months.
