Job Description

  • Have strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end sales activities including selling strategies and finding new markets or areas in sales
  • Optimizing sales through maintain and develop all sales member including design and implement strategic business plan that can expands company’s customer network
  • Build, promote, and maintain strong harmonious relationship with all functions to support sales activities
  • Drive sales and customer retention through CRM
  • Propose and lead the development, planning, and execution of relevant sales campaigns (including B2B and B2C) in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities manage a well-targeted sales calendar
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to maximize existing sales opportunities and acquire new customers through digital platforms to increase market shares
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts on weekly and monthly basis
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing manager
  • Demonstrable forecast, develop, and proven good track record of sales growth in a similar technical environment
  • Performance and results-oriented with strong analytical skills and have a good knowledge of the regional market sectors and its drivers
  • Customer focused with service minded attitude, maintain relationship, along with sound commercial understanding
  • Proficient in the use of CRM and ability to create targets and sales activity plans
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken local language, English and Mandarin
