Fleet Operations Associate

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Associate to manage our internal fleet operations. You will be working directly with the Head of Operations and the founder in a small team and a fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations and business partnership events.
• Manage fleet acquisition process and train the fleet operations team.
• Develop and implement QC processes by making business processes and standard operating procedures.
• Lead the control tower team to secure order fulfillment and create an efficient order distribution process.
• Plan and execute operational plans to maintain drivers and client retention.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in fleet operations;
• Bachelor’s degree (business and/or industrial engineering preferred)
• Excellent Bahasa and English;
• Demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties;
• Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement;
• A passion for social and environmental impact;
