Job Description
We are looking for a Special Project Lead who can manage our special project operations with multiple stakeholders from private, governments, and NGOs as well as leading our internal fleet operations. You will be working directly with the Head of Operations and the founder in a small team and a fast-paced environment. The role includes:
- Lead the daily operations of our internal mobile refill business team to focus on revenue generation and cost optimization by improving operational efficiency and create new business initiatives
- Plan, execute, and track new business initiative performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Coordinate internal resources, other core business support function in the company, third parties, and/or vendors for the execution of the projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Minimum of 6 years experience in special project operations, min. 2 years leading teams with industry experience in retail/agri-tech/e-commerce/FMCGs, and/or ride-hailing logistics companies.
- Bachelor’s degree (business and/or industrial engineering preferred)
- Excellent Bahasa and English.
- Demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
- Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement.
- A passion for social and environmental impact.
