Job Description
- Manages key accounts.
- Acts as a point contact for clients.
- Organizes regular client meetings to discuss their requirements, creative proposals, presentation, and introducing signmedia.
- Follows-up on potential or prospective clients to close contract/ renew contract.
- Resolves problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
- Identifies potential customers.
- Stays-up to date with new features, and product launches.
- Monitors and reports on sales performance analytics.
- Suggests innovative ideas to increase sales, and improve customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- Proven work Experience as Account Executive.
- Hands-on Experience with Customer Service.
- Preferrably with extensive experience in handling key accounts in advertising industry (top advertisers in the philippines) or other sales related background.
- High Achiever and top sales performer.
- An Ability to grasp Clients Needs to increase customer engagement.
- Understanding of Sales Performance Metrics.
- Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication.
- Excellent in Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
- With pleasing personality and has the ability to foster business relationship with clients.
