- Attends to accounting inquiries of suppliers and customers
- Prepares Financial Statements upon request of management and when required by authorities
- Coordinates & prepares requirements w/ all government agencies (SEC/BIR, Mayors & Business Permit), as directed
- Responsible for declaration report to BIR for company before filing.
- Coordinates with bank officers / personnel with regards to check deposits, issuance confirmations, payroll and bank account balances
- Receives and monitors disbursements, allocations of company revenue – Account Payable
- Performs cash management and cash flow projections
- Monitor cash disbursement and payments of accounts payables
- Audits processed checks and payment vouchers prepared by Accounting Clerk(s)
- Processes wire transfer and journal funding transfers
- Prepares account and bank reconciliations
- Prepares, analyzes, reconciles, and evaluates the accuracy of general ledger and subsidiary accounts
- Maintains journal and ledgers
- Compiles internal control report
- Prepares and provides accounting reports daily, weekly, and month as requested by managers
Minimum Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
- At least 2 - 3 years accounts payables and general accounting experience
- Must have analytical experience, be accurate with figures, well organized and exercise - sound judgment in decision making.
- Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Experience in accounts payables, treasury, payroll, an advantage
- Requires a professional friendly demeanor with strong desire to deliver best possible customer service.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment and result oriented organization.
- Must be able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Team player with the ability to learn quickly and the capacity to multi-task
- Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Tagalog.
- Deal tactfully and efficiently with work colleagues, clients, and vendors and also communicate well both written and orally
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Must have very good interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent analytical skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
