- Receive consignment invoice from Invoicing Section
- Update in the system all invoices received to form part of accounts receivables
- Prepare counter receipts and SOA for sending to customers
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of counter receipts and SOA to customers
- Conduct payment follow ups
- Ensure collection schedule is followed
- Regularly monitor the payments aging so as to provide clients with invoice reminders as the due date of payments fall due.
- Prepares correspondence or issue collection notices for sales credits that are past due dates
- Coordinate with messenger on the itinerary schedules
- Attend to calls and inquiries of customers
- Record and allocate payment
- Encode in the system all payments and adjustment of each customer
- Conduct reconciliation of accounts receivables
- Validate deduction & or adjustments
- Compute incentives
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Perform related works as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
- At least 2 - 3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
- Must have analytical experience, be accurate with figures, well organized and exercise - sound judgment in decision making.
- Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Experienced in accounts receivables.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment and result oriented organization.
- Must be able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Team player with the ability to learn quickly and the capacity to multi-task
- Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Tagalog.
- Deal tactfully and efficiently with work colleagues, clients, and vendors and also communicate well both written and orally
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Must have very good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
