- Responsible for collecting, checking and maintaining daily and weekly sales reports and inventory reports
- Processes data entry of all information obtained from sales and inventory on a daily basis
- Completes month-end data analysis and entry from sales and inventory (basis for replenishment)
- Analyze sold items reporting base on the liquidation per store/ per month
- Responsible for the reconciliation of all sales reports (ensuring target of 100% accuracy)
- Processes all invoices (outright and consignment) for daily transactions with 24 hour turn-around time
- Maintains invoice records and transmit all financial information needed to Finance & Accounting personnel for financial handling
- Manages and maintains all consignment returned documents; including processing of encoding and final checking
- Responsible for assessing and recording all returned items
- Manually checks certain deliveries via counting and validating the delivery invoices
- Generates and submits shipment report outlining inventory numbers of good stocks, damages and discrepancies
- Analyze and reconcile outstanding stocks from company assigned system to that of actual quantity in warehouse (system-generated and written report required)
- Manage the preparation of stocks for replenishment from head office via warehouse
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer science and other relevant computer courses in a reputable college and/or university with good scholastic record.
- With 2 to 3 years experience in the same capacity, experienced in retail industries, an advantage but not required.
- Demonstrate strong attention to details.
- Proficient typing ability.
- Business software knowledge.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot/Vlookup/Shortcuts/Formulas), and PowerPoint).
- Excellent proofreading.
- Time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Flexible, multi-tasking and willing to work long hours as needed.
- Speak, read, and write fluently in English and Tagalog.
- Must be able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
