- In direct contact with the COO and/or direct contact with marketing brands (as directed) for concerns and marketing needs
- Responsible in overseeing that all images in the stores are updated regularly
- Responsible in overseeing contractors and visual staff in installations and dismantling of marketing collaterals, as required
- Responsible for implementing designs and visual plans
- Responsible for executing store visits throughout company retail network, working with in-store sales staff and helping to develop their understanding of presentation
- Deal tactfully and efficiently with work colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Develop and present reports, recommendation and other forms of written communications in a concise, clear and professional manner
- Conducts research on the latest lifestyle concepts and fashion trends as well as store attributes
- Develops floor plans & sketch-designs
- Sources materials and display elements, such as lighting and accessories, as required
- Maximized space and layout of the store and must effectively allocate marketing and products
- Responsible for setting-up “model” or “mock” store according to the company’s latest design directives
- Required to take pictures of all store windows, walls and display for record keeping
- Responsible for creating a visual merchandising pack (to ensure consistency with the company brand and image) such will be given to each retail location and used as in-office QA guide
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Advertising/ Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equipment
- Preferably 3-5 yrs experienced employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics design or equivalent
- Utilizes different graphic designs, technology and computer software programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Google Sketch-up, and other 3D Softwares
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with Suppliers
- Creative and intuitive (Visionary)
- Outstanding project management, organizational and analytical and problem solving skills. Must be detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be both an independent worker capable of taking ownership of projects and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and a team player willing to compromise and take direction. Technologies Managed/Used
- Resourceful and creative in establishing and implementation
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Proven proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work in a dynamic, challenging, team-oriented environment and result oriented organization
- Willing to work on longer hours, weekends and holidays, as operation needs
