- Inventory Analyst main function caters to proper inventory management and monitoring all branches and main warehouse different locations.
- Ensures accurate and factual inventories at all times through timely records updating, maintaining organize files and applying systematic inventory process and workflows.
- Expedite inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Guarantees that all inventory variances from the result of cycle/physical count in all locations has been audited/checked prior to inventory variance closing/posting.
- She/he recommends ideas and inputs for continuous improvement in Inventory Department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of any four (4) year business degree courses.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the same industry, an advantage but not required.
- Adept and knowledgeable in inventory management, supply and demand and monitoring.
- Experience in auditing, an advantage.
- Familiar with inventory system, an advantage
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with multiple levels within organization.
- Willing to do field works and store visits (Metro and Provincial areas).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel.
