Job Purpose
The creation and conversion to sale of high quality tailor-made itineraries for current and future Shroff clients either outbound or inbound. You are ultimately responsible for planning, selling and implementation of itineraries.
Make the most of every single genuine 'sales enquiry' received, balancing your time appropriately to maximise revenue and profit.
Ensure the product sold to our clients and the supporting information is to the highest standard.
Achieve levels of client service at all stages of the process to engender repeat business.
Take appropriate opportunities to up-sell and switch-sell to Shroff preferred products.
Interacting with our clients mostly over the telephone - with some face to face meetings either in the office or at PR events.
Keeping in touch with product developments in your region, ensuring that you remain a true specialist with up to date commercial knowledge and understanding of hotels/flights/infrastructure.
Demonstrating a total commitment to customer service. It's your goal to ensure all clients return home having had a trip which exceeds their expectations.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year tourism or business course.

Experience is a plus factor, but we also welcome fresh graduates who want to build their career and stay for a long term with us.

Not older than 45 years old.

Open towards learning with a positive attitude

Handles client bookings.

Handles online booking requests of clients (B2C, B2B)

Makes and confirms reservations for passengers based on itinerary

Communicates with costumers or sub-agent to advise program plan or to cancel or either confirm reservation based on option/deadline given by suppliers.

Compiles and records information to finalize tour programs – Service Voucher – Tickets

Prepares quotations for clients with breakdown of net and selling costs

Separates and files copies for tour files
-
Computes sales for preparation of travel order request form to compile daily sales report.

Performs other task that may be assigned my immediate supervisor.
