Job Description
The Documentations Manager will lead the Documentations Team and manage all the documentation applications for the Company – ensuring they are 100% compliant to immigration requirements and checked on quality to achieve 100% approval. He/ She will also be responsible to initiate new documentation services the company can provide and implement said service.
Key Projects:
- Process Audit: Check existing process & recommend & implement appropriate next steps to improve services and gain better customer happiness.
- Plan out & Monitor 2017-2018: Set a 3-year business plan and align Top 2-3 strategies to drive Documentations business. Monitor performance of total team vs. Agreed plan.
- Promote: Work with marketing team on promoting our services through key channels. Provide strategies to incentivize and motivate customers to do their travel documents with us.
- Create New Products: Develop at least 1 new product to launch in the next 6 months.
- Expand and Teach: Set-up the team & create systems and Easy to Understand & Apply Guides to teach existing & new staff to process documents confidently & quality-wise, yet can be done by a fresh graduate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- In-charge of Documentations team and mentors associates to be promoted to next level
- Taking full control of all documentation products, processes, and profitability. Refines process as needed to have 100% approval.
- Providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to travel or migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly. Acts as the last level of the quality check cycle.
- Interviews all clients and trains them what to expect
- Develops new products and works with marketing to promote services to improve over-all business
- Liaising with different embassies, if required.
- Works together with Operations and Suppliers to improve customer happiness and make sure all suppliers match the quality of service Shroff expects from them
Minimum Qualifications
As a Documentations Manager, you will have strong functional immigration skills, interpersonal skills and willing to mentor & teach your team. You will be a self-starter with great time management and be very target focused. You will also have a flexible approach to travel where the business requires and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and Google Docs.
The successful candidate will have and have a strong passion for service and at least three years experience in Documentations, Foreign Affairs work, or Immigration. They also need to have 2-3 years as a supervisor leading people.
