Job Description
- Managing the company's email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing.
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle (CLM) to maximize sales.
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies.
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- MVT (Multivariate testing) Testing on email marketing campaigns.
- Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
- Reporting to the inbound marketing manager on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Working closely with the Head of CRM to develop a clear CRM strategy.
- Identify target audience and grow our email list
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Write newsletters including all company updates
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
- Create email databases for lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience as an Email marketing or Digital marketing specialist
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics (is a plus)
- Inbound marketing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- Previous experience as an email marketing manager ideally within a similar industry.
- Experience with email tools (NCR, Exact Target, etc.) highly desired
- Ability and desire to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
- Proactive, energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind
