Job Description
Our Implementation Managers are the face of our company:
- Working Remotely
- Implement Software from information gathering through to go-live
- Engagements with a client last from a few weeks to a few months
- Screenshare with clients to demonstrate features and provide training
- Working closely with the COO & Director of Project Implementation to communicate progress and manage multiple projects
You Will Be Doing:
Project Management
- Facilitate meetings & updates with clients to gather information and provide status checks
- Co-Ordinate Data input team
- Conduct training with end-users & managers
- Relationship Building
- Understand our clients on a first-name basis and act as their go-to throughout the implementation process
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- We have a simple drag-and-drop interface that we will train you to use
- Experience in HTML/CSS/AngularJS Highly desired
- Adept at Excel organizing, tidying and data manipulation
People Skills:
- Communicate with all skill levels from C-Suite to frontline workers
- Show patience and understanding when conducting training
Organizational Skills:
- Proactive, Self-Starter
- Strong time management and self-driven attitude
- Fast learner
- Project management
- Manage multiple projects
