Job Description

  • Check information contained in a sales contract (scan/pdf) matches the information within the excel sales order (“Installation Request”).
  • Check all information with the Installation Request has been populated correctly
  • Save contracts and Installation Requests onto the server into the client folder
  • Upload customers and sales orders into MYOB from csv files
  • Create and save customer invoices in the client folder on the server
  • Send welcome email (template) to customers and attach client invoice
  • Match deposit payments in MYOB and the excel Job Sheet
  • Match final balance payments in MYOB and the excel Job Sheet
  • Set up SolarEdge online monitoring after the installation
  • Download installation invoices and save on the server
  • Input data from installer invoices onto an excel installation master sheet
  • Convert order to sale at MYOB per install date in excel job sheet
  • Apply balance into MYOB and send list daily
  • Save final invoice for each client on the server in the client folder
  • Send final paperwork to customer via email including final invoice and warranty pack.
  • Prepare STC submission details for jobs ready for submission (basic info)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably Business and/or Accounting related
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in MYOB Accounting software user is advantageous to have
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of competence in written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Must have strong systems knowledge
