Job Description
If you worked for us in the past month you would have:
- Reconciled 50 vendor statements against their Bills.
- Reconciled 2 credit cards, 1 paypal account, and 5 bank accounts each week across 2 subsidiaries
- Generated end-of-month closing intercompany journal and closed books off.
- Processed payroll for 16 employees each week
- Assembled and submitted IAS statement to the ATO
- Processed Super payments for all employees
- Imported 3 months worth of historic invoices and payments from previous web store
- Scoped automated Paypal and credit card reconciliation process
Minimum Qualifications
- We are looking for a smart and driven Netsuite accountant that loves automating manual tasks and clean set of books.
Required skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Very confident in accounting practices
- Netsuite Oneworld/multi-subsidiary accounting experience
- Very confident in Netsuite transaction imports
- Very knowledgeable in Australian taxation and have some payroll experience
- Some project-management experience
