Job Description

We are looking for tech savvy, highly motivated, and with keen attention to details customer service representatives. You will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls, responding to customers and potential customers with their inquiries or concerns for the product or services rendered to them by the company.

As a CSR, you will be working with the technical team in Australia, coordinating closely with the clients and ensuring satisfaction for the customers with the help of the team!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • With related work experience
  • With Live Chat or Email support experience is preferred but not required
