Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers through calls, social media, or email
- Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1-year experience in Customer Service, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills & customer-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn
- Have good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest in working in an e-commerce company
- Placement is in Yogyakarta for 3-6 months contract based
