Job Description
- Perform billing and reconciliation of payments to debtors
- Make daily and monthly reports of QC results related to billing activities
- Carry out QC verification and make reports of QC verification results
- Implement fraud prevention and handling
- Conduct a review on Data Sampling, Recording QA, Performance Verificator and Rotation Verificator
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same field or relevant
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
