Job Description
- Organize and process equipment procurement requests.
- Organize invoices and reimbursement documents.
- Organize & filling DO from Vendor and asset to service point.
- Actively maintain good contact with Procurement, Finance, Operations, etc.
- Follow up internet issue.
Minimum Qualifications
- General knowledge about administration/document organizing skills.
- Have a high attention to details and good communication skill.
- Able to operate WhatsApp, MS Office (Excel & Word), and emails.
- Placement in Sunter (North Jakarta).
- Contract based position and willing to work in shifts.
