Job Description

  • Effectively managing and developing learning portal
  • Monitor Website content, requirement & management activities are clear
  • Monitor provisioning of employee accounts as part of security control.
  • Make sure all trainers get the right guidance and direction and the material made must also be able to improve the quality of the agent
  • All SOP should update, revised, and suggested according to current conditions in the field and alignment with the management team vision
  • Ensuring customer operations performance met with SOP and Quality
  • Conduct regularly/weekly team meeting to alignment, discussion and put forward solution to any issues raise from your team
  • Always ensure team have sufficient knowledge in each field, so that this knowledge can be distributed properly to the agents

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in the same field or relevant
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator role in Banking/Financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details and organizational skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
