Job Description
- Ensure report and forecast deliver on-time
- Make sure the manpower planning is according to the needs and the existing workload to adequate daily manpower coverage within the CS team
- Effective check the provisioning - deprovisioning of employee account as part of security control
- Make sure all document hardcopies should be properly store as part of the compliance policy
- Ensure team have sufficient knowledge in their field
- Conduct regularly/weekly team meeting to alignment, discussion and put forward solution to any issues raise from your team
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in the same field or relevant
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator role in Banking/Financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
