Job Description
- Focus on driving performance of assigned brands across categories.
- Responsible for initiating, planning, and coordinating the process of joint business planning across categories, including doing the forecast analysis.
- Regularly get in touch with the brand to build trust, relationship and also do brainstorming sessions or pitch creative and out of the box ideas for potential partnership.
- Read the project and ensure that the execution of the joint business plan runs smoothly.
- Work closely with data to track and monitor the performance of the agreed business plan set.
- Identify and resolve issues pertaining to brands that may occur during the execution of the business plans.
- Act as eCommerce consultant to suggest means to ensure that target achievement is on track, including but not limited to: promotion & campaign advice, shop management best-practice, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate possesses 1-3 years of work experience either in management consulting, or e-commerce industry, or has passion in the e-commerce industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or related disciplines from recognized universities.
- Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business.
- Need to be more community/collective-focused and have a creative mindset.
- Experienced with business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
