Job Description
- Recruit, onboard, and manage long-tail partners such as influencers / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media publications, and Facebook (FB) groups as part of the Shopee Ambassador Program
- Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from mass long-tail partners to uplift affiliates performance
- To be the hybrid person for Shopee Ambassadors engagement – especially on affiliate links, conversions, and ad hoc brand/sponsorship collaboration
- Constantly monitor individual partner’s performance and work closely to optimize affiliates KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
- Manage all communication and relationship of individual partners
- Execute all affiliate BAU (Business As Usual) communications, including EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), visuals, and content
- Track partner’s payments and manage all invoices and documentation for long-tail affiliates
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with online marketing/affiliate marketing landscape and various ad formats
- Self-starter, fast learner and a team player
