Job Description
- Assisting warehouse operation management to plan, strategise, and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making
- Identify improvement opportunities which impact Quality, Productivity, Cost and Service
- Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies
- Serving as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to all stakeholders
- Developing reports dashboard and analysis
- Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or any related field
- Experience working with one or more language for querying (e.g. SQL)
- Familiar with advanced analytics languages like Python or R
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
- Good working knowledge of warehouse operation and e-commerce market
- Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions
- Excellent communication, presentation slides creation and presentation skill
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Care about learning new things and challenge the status quo to seek for improvement areas
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
