Job Description
- Analyze the logistic process, locate pitfalls, and propose operational improvement plans to reduce shipping fee discrepancy
- Coordinate closely with respective departments such as 3PL, logistics sub-teams, and customer operations (logistics) to execute the improvement
- Run and monitor reports on logistics trends and performance
- Develop ad hoc analysis, reports, and actionable insights to reduce shipping fee discrepancy
- Manage and develop skills of 2 team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 1+ years experience in the industry with proven business impact
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A data-minded approach to making decisions and measuring performance
- Advanced Excel Skills to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
