Job Description
- Monitoring and update specific tracker and ensure its been follow up or escalated to respective team
- Update Collection Performance for each Collection Vendors on a daily basis
- Compile and Tracking Collection Vendor Reporting
- Ensure Collection Reminder are sent to the respective team in a timely manner
- Hands-on to help the Manual Process related to the Collection or Skip Tracer
- Ensure Collection Vendor Fee is follow up and paid properly in a timely manner
- Manage Admin things related New Joiners onboarding process (Laptop, Headset, Lanyard, Building Access, System Account
- Be Proactive to follow up a specific case to the respective team to ensure the case are solved within the SLA
- Do Undenied or Unfreeze process on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate or Experience as Admin is preferrable
- Able to Operate GSuite or Microsoft Office and WPS properly
- Experienced in using Vlookup, PIVOT on Microsoft Excel
- Diligent, Proactive and Detail Oriented
- Able to join as soon as possible is more preferable
