Job Description
- Live monitor and analyse overall incoming hard complaints and agent's performance on complaint-handling
- Conduct types of quality assurance methods on capturing operation performance with an output of improvement suggestions
- Provide necessary coaching for the respective division for improvement based on quality assurance parameters
- Liaise with other support divisions to ensure process alignment
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Associate Degree, open for all major
- Must have 1-year experience as Quality Assurance from e-commerce's in-house customer service or vendor-side
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Strong skill in analysing, reporting and problem-solving
- Agile and has strong composure
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance from sampling method to reporting
