Job Description
- Lead for about 10+ desk collection agents which include track, develop, and monitor performance to ensure it meets standards and target
- Responsible for overall team operational activities from briefing to debriefing
- Manage overall team performance standard and compliance, ensure it doesn't clash with both internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with trainer, supervisor, and management to increase collection rate of SPL late users
- Perform meeting with the management team to cover performance result and solution/action items
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Candidate must have at least 2-years leadership experience from a reputable conventional/digital collection company
- Strong skills in Communication, Problem-solving, Team Management, and Leadership
- Preferably have active AFPI (collection) license/certificate
