Job Description
Operational Reporting
- Ensure all reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Develop new reporting based on needs
- Prepare meeting material on a regular basis
- Support Ad Hoc reporting/analysis request from the team
Operational Management
- Maintain and manage operational dashboard
- Arrange all collection agents according to repayment volume
- Ensure incentive calculation are provided accurately in a timely manner
- Maintain and record all collection agents' work agreements, include internal rotation
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-year experience as WFM from financial technology company or customer service BPO as WFM / MIS / Analytics / Reporting
- Possess strong traits such as adaptability, data-driven, and initiative
- Advance experience in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint, Macro Excel or Python will be a strong advantage
- Strong skills in numerical, analytical, detail-oriented, and reporting
