SeaBank - Fraud Team Lead


Job Description

  • Responsible for operational day to day activity in the Fraud department
  • Supervise and monitor agent's performance
  • Maintain communication inside and outside the department
  • Responsible to generate regulatorily or any fraud-related report
  • Involvement in process improvement within the Fraud area
  • Able to identify new fraud modus operandi and suggest an improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 (three) years experience in Financial or Banking Industry
  • Preferably have consulting experience
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details and organizational skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast pace
