Job Description

  • Min. Diploma degree in any field
  • Has experience in contact-center area is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer service oriented
  • Sales oriented will be a plus
  • Technology savvy and fast-learner
  • Good typing & writing skill
  • Good team player, positive attitude and driven
  • Able to join immediately and willing to work in shift with 3 months contract
  • Willing to be assigned in any shifting schedule

Minimum Qualifications

  • Handling & solving the assigned tickets through chat channel (related to CB issues)
  • Engage with customers, in order to build proximity with customers and solved their problems
