Job Description
- Seller Acquisition: contact sellers to invite them to use the Livestream feature, analyze their performance, provide close support for sellers during their first months of streaming
- Seller Relation: increasing the seller awareness and adoption rate on Shopee Livestreaming, prepared a weekly update on seller performance, and create newsletter blast
- Analyze data, generate insight, and translate them into strategies for Livestream
- Evaluate strategy results for improvements or future plans
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 1-year experience in a large scale account management
- Have a background in eCommerce handling marketplace seller is preferred
- Strong communication skills and excellence in presentation skills
- Good command of English
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills
