Job Description
- Write, review, and edit engaging articles on a weekly basis for employees across the region
- Write and edit a variety of content including articles, script, copywriting, emails, newsletter, and other supportive text
- Support in any article/dossier translation (English to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa)
- Have a good sense of content awareness with the perfect blend of creative and technical skills
- Manage communication, schedule, and processing of edits and rounds of proof with the team and other stakeholders
- Interview sources internally to push content/articles for business/campaign purposes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop content, and any other materials to be pushed out for employees
- Manage, review and edit the current internal intranet page including utilizing SEO and keyword strategies, changing the design layout, refining the content, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in communications, writing, public relations, journalism, advertising, or similar
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling creative writing
- Are able to multi-task and possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on tight schedules and maintain a proper timeline to push out content weekly
- Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to communicate well with team members and other stakeholders
- Ability to work with internal guidelines and to create project-specific content as it is required
- Self-motivated to complete work assignments and are receptive to feedback on their work
- Easily adapt to different writing styles and have superior research skills
- Advanced computer skills with a variety of office software
- Evidence of writing samples (published online) highly preferred
- An understanding of the e-commerce industry is highly preferred
