Job Description
- Responsible in managing the data in collection team to spot any anomalies in the operation.
- Monitor recovery in collection team by different dimension such as team, vintages, location, etc.
- Do resource planning for headcount management in collection team.
- Identify any anomalies quickly, especially in fraudulent behavior for management action.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree holder from reputable university.
- Has 1 - 4 years experience analyzing big set of data using SQL in collection field, MIS, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical skill, and data-driven.
