Job Description
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to understand about ShopeePay’s pain points in the market
- Conducting competitor analysis and market trends to identify opportunities
- Giving feasible and applicable recommendations and insights for the business of ShopeePay
- Exploring and adapting new research practices to improve team’s effectiveness and speed
- Delivering the research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience of market research experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with SQL is preferred
- Able to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
- Experience in payment processing system/fintech would be a plus
