Job Description
- Handle and solve incoming tickets for related cases, in order to help customer and increase their satisfaction
- Distribute the escalated tickets for certain cases to external (logistic/3PL) or other teams (other L2/L3) or Team Leader (for hard complain), in order to ensure the problem solved by the right PIC
- Communicate with other team for certain cases; CB for commodity from other country, Payment for refund matters, Logistics for order status in Shopee application, Warehouse for SOM commodity
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Diploma degree from any major
- Min. 1 year experience as Customer Service, experienced in Resolution Team would be a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving & negotiation skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Driven and motivated, has big interest working in e-commerce company
- Willing to work in contract based for 3 months
- Able to join immediately
