Job Description
- Maintain relationship with storekeepers & cashiers
- Ensure all marketing collateral displayed accordingly
- Develop & execute sales strategies such as regular store visits, trainings, gimmicks, merchandise, etc
- Plan & develop store-level incentive programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in Marketing, Management, or any other related fields
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Usage Community, Program Community, Merchant Support, Merchant Relation, Merchant Engagement, dan other similar roles
- Strong leadership abilities and people management skills
- Highly discipline & able to multi-task
- Open to work remotely during store visits
- Experience in training team members will be a plus
