Job Description
- Managing the data in collection team to spot any anomalies in the operation
- Monitor recovery in collection team by different dimension such as team, vintages, location, etc
- Do resource planning for headcount management in collection team
- Identify any anomalies quickly, especially in fraudulent behavior for management action
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree holder
- Has experience in Collection area
- Has relevant experience related to collection data analytics and/or MIS
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven
