Job Description
- Evaluate employees' job performance and recommend action
- Achieve qualitative call monitoring & scoring goals as established
- Provide reports related to a quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
Minimum Qualifications
- Good team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Minimum 1-year experience as QA within Customer Service Area
- Driven and motivated
- Excellent communication capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be placed in the Yogyakarta area
