  • Evaluate employees' job performance and recommend action
  • Achieve qualitative call monitoring & scoring goals as established
  • Provide reports related to a quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Minimum 1-year experience as QA within Customer Service Area
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be placed in the Yogyakarta area
