Job Description
- Analyze user feedback, suggestion, pain points through various channels (surveys, app reviews, tickets, and social media)
- Reporting user feedback regarding our App to stakeholders
- Maintain NPS Surveys
- Maintain Panel Groups discussions (buyer and seller)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Familiar with Excel & Facebook
