Job Description
- Manages to run the day-to-day functions of the office and act as an immediate contact person
- Coordinate with the building admin for maintenance issues of general repair and checking up on facilities
- Implements building and office house rules to corresponding tenants; coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Provides lead supervision over administrative staffs; coordinates and supervises work assignments
- Create, update, and maintain a systematic/organized filing of personnel records, financial records, relevant documents and other data in both hard and softcopy
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years in experience as an Office Admin or a similar position
- Must be a college graduate preferrably a major in Office Management or Business Administration
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities and/or handling service office is an advantage
- Proficient computer skills, including Google/Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and adapt new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
