Job Description
- Responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function.
- Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
- Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
- Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
- A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
- Work is highly independent.
- May assume team lead role for the workgroup
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience on commercial administration in the IT field
- Outstanding English communication and people management skills, able to manage stakeholders
- Able to work independently based on established processes and policies
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent performance in teamwork, with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
