Job Description
The Front Desk for Roro represents the first point of contact with the clients. He/she will be tasked to:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any Business course or equivalent
- Preferably with one year relevant working experience
- Must be willing to travel and be assigned in Roro
