Job Description
- Development of Training content/materials
- Facilitation of training programs
- Assistance on Training Needs and Analyses
- Evaluation of Feedback and Text Forms
- Creation of Training Reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;
- PRC License/Registered Psychometrician is an advantage;
- With knowledge in creating training manuals;
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience
